GBT Labs — Software, Websites and AI Tools in Zebulon, North Carolina

Three people, fourteen shipped systems, and a client list that runs from a 219-home builder community to a brokerage site converting at over 8%. We build for businesses across Wake County and the counties around it — Franklin, Johnston and Nash — and the wider Triangle.

What GBT Labs Does

GBT Labs is a software and AI company based in Zebulon, North Carolina, serving businesses throughout Wake County, the surrounding counties of Franklin, Johnston and Nash, and the greater Raleigh and Triangle area. We build custom software, websites and AI systems that do real work inside a business rather than sit beside it. Our work is built around a single question: does this make our clients meaningfully more profitable?

Our three guiding pillars are Velocity, Integrity, and Growth.

Beyond our own products, GBT Labs is a custom AI development partner. We help businesses build custom AI tools, AI agents, and workflow automation grounded in their own data — from initial idea and scoping to a shipped, revenue-generating product.

Free Business Summary and the $250 Business Brief

What does your business look like to a stranger? GBT Labs writes a researched report on how a local business looks online: its Google listing, the map results, its website, its reviews and its competitors. Twenty checks are run by hand in a real browser, and the report is built only from what the business already publishes. Get a free business summary.

The free summary

Twelve to fourteen pages about one business, free, with no account, delivered as a PDF within five business days: the one finding costing the business the most, three fixes it can make the same day, seven days of posts written out, one move that brings in new customers, what people actually search for, and a scoreboard against its competitors.

The Business Brief

The full document, also called the Business Intelligence Briefing: $250, one payment. Fourteen researched sections on the business, its competitors and its town, twenty-eight days of posts, adverts, a seven-email sequence and review replies written out, thirty growth ideas and a ninety-day plan. Every claim carries its source and the date it was read. Delivered as a PDF within five business days.

What it has found

  • A day spa in Zebulon, NC whose call button dialled a number one digit off. It was fixed within days and the business's score went from 78 to 92.
  • A commercial sweeping company in Charlotte, NC whose contact-page email link went to a template placeholder, so every enquiry vanished.
  • An independent optical shop in Archdale, NC rated 5.0 from 131 reviews, yet missing from its town's main search.
  • A corporate housing company in Greensboro, NC whose own testimonials page displayed its worst review.

What three AI models said it is worth

In September 2026 GBT Labs gave one full Business Brief to three AI models and asked what it would cost on the open market. Gemini estimated $2,100 to $5,600 or more, ChatGPT $3,000 to $3,500, and Grok $1,200 to $2,500. These are the models' opinions of one document, not appraisals, and Google, OpenAI and xAI have not endorsed GBT Labs. The price is $250.

WakeUp.marketing — The Business Brief

One researched briefing on a local business, written by a person and delivered as a PDF: fourteen sections on the business, its competitors and its town, every number read off a live page and dated, plus ninety days of work written out. $250, one payment.

Our Story

GBT Labs was founded in 2026 — not by accident, but by design — at a defining inflection point where the digital and physical worlds collided with intelligence.
